Master your conversations with confidence.
We witness fights in our schools, teachers walking out of the classroom, children falling behind, and reports that show bullying is at an all time high in the schools across our nation.
We are left feeling unheard, disempowered, and even at times...hopeless.
Our children, teachers, administration, and families often lack awareness, confidence, courage and learned skills to communicate with ease and grace, especially in the most challenging conversations.
They don't know what to say, how to say it, when to say it or even know if it's the "right" thing to say. Conversations are abandoned, dismissed, and left for assumptions to be made by all involved.
That's when it all falls apart.
The Conversation Academy is a community learning center for people of all ages to gain, practice, and master the skills to effectively communicate their desires in any conversation and get the results they want. Every. Single. Time.
We offer workshops, in-school and after-school programs, events, incubators in leadership for children, a platform for leaders within our community, and town hall conversations to connect, inspire, and elevate humanity, one conversation at time.

HEATHER CRISWELL
Entrepreneur | Author | Educator | Conversation Coach
Hi there! I am Heather Criswell, the author of two books,
"How to Raise a Happy Child (and be happy too)"
and "Wise Talk from the Other Side."
At 21, I founded a unique school, See World Learning Center, where children were celebrated for their gifts, which led to a career where I've worked with over 30,000 kids in 35 years.
Later, I launched a holistic wellness center and WiseInside, an education company, offering tools to connect with inner wisdom and love.
As a communication coach, speaker, and trainer, I help individuals and leaders navigate tough conversations with ease and grace, dissolving conflict and enhancing clarity.
My mission is to help you master your words and energy to achieve your desires in any conversation.
One conversation can change your life.
"My intention with every conversation is to be so clear, connected, and confident that there's simply nothing left to argue about."
-Heather Criswell
"When Heather speaks, it sinks into your soul. Her passion captivated me, and her stories connected powerfully. She made me feel like I was in a safe place and inspired me to open my heart and embrace the children in my life without judgement."

"This is an incredibly unique and by far one of the best parenting books we've ever seen. It will not only teach parents and any adult that works with children healthy and effective ways to create a more peaceful, happy, and cooperative experience with children, but it will also provide the reader with tools that can help make virtually any relationship work better."
